Dostojee
Dostojee is a social drama set in a remote village in West Bengal, in the aftermath of the Babri Masjid demolition and Bombay blasts of ‘93. The polarisation that engulfed the nation creates ripples in the lives of the two eight-year-old protagonists. Amidst a wave of hatred and divisiveness, the film is an ode to the pure innocence of childhood friendships, love, loyalty and loss.
