N-Ice Cello: Tale of the Ice Cello
From the heart of a glacier in the Italian Alps, at 2 800 meters in altitude, an American sculptor, Tim Linhart, shaped a cello entirely made of ice. Together with cellist and composer Giovanni Sollima they start a journey through Italy performing in the main cities to end up in Sicily, for the last show in the magnificent Palermo theater. An on-the-road impossible journey; a real adventure challenging time, with complications and forces of nature to keep alive the most fragile freight ever.
